01 — Problem

Most astrology apps recycle the same template texts; keeping content fresh and personal all year round — and actually answering your questions — is hard.

02 — Approach

I wrote a procedural content engine that ties daily, weekly and monthly readings to real planetary transits; on top of it, a Claude-powered AI layer: chat with the guide character you pick (with a memory that summarizes and recalls the conversation) and dream interpretation. A 78-card tarot with every card custom-illustrated, natal chart, compatibility, coffee-cup reading, runes, dream interpretation, moon calendar and Sky School lessons make up an almanac of thirty-plus screens; the UI swaps emoji for a custom-drawn SVG set, in a single-accent 'night almanac' design. Beside it, a 350+ page Astro website with a live WebGL sky: signs, tarot, compatibility pairs and lessons.

03 — Outcome

The app has been submitted to the App Store and is in review; the website at thecelestine.app is live.
