01 — Problem

The architectural surface-coating brand's product catalog, projects and campaign visuals change constantly; the team needed to manage content themselves, and the site had to live in two languages.

02 — Approach

Next.js + Sanity CMS: banners, the catalog, FAQ and projects are managed entirely from the panel; TR and EN content is edited separately. Hosting runs on the brand's own server (Plesk + Node), with content refreshing automatically every week.

03 — Outcome

The team updates content from the panel and the site lives on its own infrastructure. The same architecture became the base of a separate copy for the Montenegro market.
