Gold in the dark for an 11-branch gym chain across four cities: a light grid and a 3D sentinel gorilla.
IN PLAIN WORDSEvery branch of the chain sits on a single line of light; the gym lights up as you scroll, and the gorilla at the door wakes up.
01 — Problem
For a gym chain spread over 11 branches in four cities, the question was: how do you carry the dark-and-gold atmosphere of the gyms onto the web, and get a visitor to the nearest branch in one tap?
02 — Approach
Built to a 'Gold in the Dark' brief: black ground, a single gold accent, wide typography. The spine is a light grid born from the hero's call-to-action and branching through the page; sections ignite as you scroll, sprouts grow when you touch the nodes. The digital twin of the metal gorilla statue outside the gym stands guard in three.js: when the light reaches it, its facets gather and it wakes, and it notices the cursor. Hand-drawn SVGs for seven disciplines, a branch map with city chips, the nearest gym via location permission, a mobile call / WhatsApp / nearest bar, and a vertically cut hero video.
03 — Outcome
Browsable at the preview address; the proposal and a 45-second tour video are ready and being presented to the chain.
