IN PLAIN WORDSThe festival's route is told as a 3D ferry voyage; the team manages content and applications from a panel.

01 — Problem
A festival tour visiting 28 provinces and 90 coastal stops across four seas in 270 days wouldn't fit a conventional promo site; it needed the route, the program and the application flow under one roof.
02 — Approach
I built the site as a ferry voyage in six acts: in a Three.js scene the camera follows the ship, and the world keeps drifting even when the scroll stops; the opening is a festival harbor at sunset — stage, crowd, stalls and fireworks. Routes live in the 'Voyage Atlas': an interactive map of Türkiye browsed in sync with the four sea routes. Behind it, an admin panel — application operations, a content engine and a media archive let the festival team update the site themselves.
03 — Outcome
The site is live at kiyifest.com; the route, the artist lineup and applications are updated from the panel.
